Dr. Jay is a Board-certified family medicine physician who’s looking to change the status quo for the family medicine healthcare experience. He believes that everyone deserves easily accessible high quality primary care that is individualized to each patient. His greatest passions lie in establishing strong doctor-patient relationships, and promoting health and wellness in his community. Dr. Jay’s clinical interests include managing complex chronic disease, preventive health, musculoskeletal and dermatologic care, lifestyle medicine and integrative therapies. He is a second generation Allentown native (Go Trojans!) and is excited to bring affordable, accessible concierge-style primary care to his hometown.
